30-Day Easy Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice
  • Not be personalized or customized items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order and click "Return Item"
  3. Choose your reason for return and submit the request
  4. Our team will review and approve within 24-48 hours
  5. Pack the items securely with the invoice
  6. Our courier partner will pick up the package from your address

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and delivery of your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@wawawo.in with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
